We are all aware of the flood of Latin Americans in the USA.
We are all aware of the flood of Latin Americans coming into the USA.
We were invited to reach some of them with the message of God's hope. On July 11 - 13 we conducted a Spanish evangelistic crusade in Lake Worth, Florida.
I spoke to them about 2 months ago and discovered that they are 100% Guatemalan from the area of Huehuetenango. I also discovered that 70 - 80% are men. A quick deduction brings out the fact that their women are still back in Guatemala. The pastor shares with me, "This is a very transient congregation. When there is no work in Florida, they move to another State." Thirteen other Spanish speaking churches were invited and attended.
I am happy to report that a number of men passed from spiritual death to everlasting life!!!
In 2 weeks I depart for a crusade in Belize, Central America.
We enjoy many radio listeners in that country. Radio serves as an outreach in itself and, also, prepares the way for evangelism. Several Bible believing churches have invited us for this thrust.
Additional evangelistic thrusts are scheduled in Guatemala and Honduras in coming months.
